Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of the bank's core systems, including cash management and liquidity applications.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex systems and technologies, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and implement changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical background with experience in cash management and liquidity applications.
  • Excellent understanding of banking concepts and processes.
  • Experience with Smartstream CMS version 4, Control Process Designer, and Smart Schema.
  • Knowledge of Oracle 19 SQL scripting and database concepts.
  • Linux shell scripting and support expertise.
  • Jboss 8 server knowledge and configuration experience.
  • Github software management and automated deployment via CI/CD pipeline.
