Job Title: Civil Engineering Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution adheres to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution, monitor and manage resources efficiently, and maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards, proficiency in reading drawings and specifications, and experience with AutoCAD and project planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution meets quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
