Requirements and Qualifications

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on utility-scale solar power projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the construction of 1 GW or more solar projects (cumulative).
  • Prior experience in EHV line and substation civil works is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and solar project construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOQs.
  • Familiarity with quality and HSE standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
