Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing structural solutions, working with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into feasible projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop structural solutions, preparing and reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams, coordinating the preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Supervise site works, ensuring design intent and quality standards are met, monitoring contractors and labor teams for timely completion.
  • Implement quality control procedures, ensuring safety practices are followed at construction sites and conducting regular inspections to provide site progress reports to management.
  • Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, checking contractor bills and certifying measurements for payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
