Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to join our team at United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing human resource strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice, fostering a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and work-life balance.

Employee Engagement & Wellness Programs:

Design and oversee employee wellness programs, aligned with the company's mission, to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, promote continuous learning, and manage performance evaluations.

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and create training plans to nurture future leaders, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Performance Management:

Develop and monitor KPIs for individual and organizational performance, creating a performance appraisal system that promotes transparency and growth.

Handle conflict resolution and grievance management efficiently, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws, developing policies on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).

Manage HR-related risks and ensure smooth audits and inspections, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights on HR metrics and trends to drive informed decision-making.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring the company's wellness values are reflected in all HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Industry Experience: Preferably from wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.

Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of HR technologies (HRMS) and best practices in employee well-being.
