Job Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Control Specialist to drive quality excellence in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough chemical inspections during external evaluations
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive test reports for incoming raw materials
  • Maintain a secure stock of reagents used in testing
  • Record received test results from suppliers
  • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments
  • Ensure proper identification, calibration status, product display, and product cataloging
  • Retain samples of failed materials until final decision is made
  • Carry out inspections of goods as per quality procedures or inspection plans
  • Compile daily MIS reports and maintain documentation as per implemented quality systems
  • Provide constructive feedback on production not meeting requirements
  • Verify proper packing and visual inspection of finished goods
  • Perform additional random checks of glass wool and long-duration tests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Physical Sciences or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality control or related field
  • Preferably with experience in glass industry, chemicals, or building materials
