Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

This role is responsible for leading the financial function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or Management and at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position. They will be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial information to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements, and international standards.
  • Monitor accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls in line with company requirements.
  • Communicate with senior leadership on fraud and compliance issues.
  • Provide value-added business analysis and insights through meaningful financial and operational metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports for senior leadership, including full financial statements and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks proactively.
  • Coach, manage, and develop the finance team to ensure reliability of financial statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
