Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to drive our organization's financial success. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with 17-22 years of experience, reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Strategy: Align our company's finance strategy with group objectives, ensuring timely preparation of annual operating plans (AOP) and budgets for business growth.
  2. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards, oversee monthly management information system (MIS) reporting, receivables follow-ups, and payment of taxes.
  3. Liquidity Management: Effectively monitor and report on accounts receivable, collaborate with the commercial team and customers for early payment against invoices.
  4. Budgeting and Working Capital: Drive the timely completion of the budgeting process, secure working capital requirements, facilitate the budgeting process, and monitor performance of departments, assets, and projects against defined budget parameters.
  5. Accounting & Audit: Responsible for periodic closure of financial books, determine organizational financial performance, review and maintain financial records.
  6. Investor Relations and Compliance: Oversight and guidance on equity relations, updates to investors, ensure compliance requirements.
