We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to play a crucial leadership role in shaping our financial strategy and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Analyse financial performance and advise on strategies to optimize profitability and growth.

Financial Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop annual budget and 5-year financial plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial metrics and targets.

Financial Operations & Control:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, billing, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and banking relationships.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure proper financial reporting.
