About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our CIO and Investment Managing Directors to communicate Arena's views on current market topics, portfolio investments, market outlook, and investment philosophy.
  • Oversee client reporting and standard collateral production, working with our data and collaborating across functional groups to improve recurring reporting timelines and ensure alignment with client contractual requirements.
  • Address ad-hoc client, due diligence, and prospective client questions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and technology-related execution, attention to detail, and strong aptitude for client service and sales-related activities.
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience or an MBA/PhD from a top-tier institution in finance/economics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including analysis and general data management, manipulation, computation, and visualization across relevant technology platforms such as Microsoft BI and Excel.
  • Management experience and/or aptitude.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong process management.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work collaboratively across the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Exemplify the highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards.
