Job Summary

The Research Analyst in the Strategic Market Access team at OPEN Health is expected to work collaboratively with analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality evidence-generation and strategic projects that positively impact science, medicine, and patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct targeted literature reviews, systematic literature reviews, and landscape assessments to support launches, including global and local health technology assessments and market access.
  2. Draft systematic review protocols and other project deliverables, including discussion guides, value decks, global value dossiers, review reports, and publications under the guidance of senior team members.
  3. Coordinate and participate in qualitative interviews with payers, clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders for market research and insight gathering.
  4. Synthesize data from multiple sources using creative and innovative approaches.
  5. Support the development of compelling slide decks that deliver actionable insights.
  6. Manage reference/citation databases using various software packages.

Requirements

  1. Masters degree in health policy, public health, health services research, health administration, health economics, or a related science.
  2. Experience conducting systematic literature reviews is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of different payer archetypes, health technology assessment, and market access.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to question the status quo.
  5. Ability to build and effectively manage relationships within OPEN Health and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong communication ability both verbally and in writing.
  7. Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensure that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reference software (Endnote).

Travel Requirements

  1. Role based in Bengaluru, India (preferred). Can be remote/hybrid after an initial period in the office.
  2. International and domestic travel as required for team and client meetings/conferences.
