Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled performance marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of generating leads for small and medium-sized businesses.

  • Strategically launch and manage Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to drive real leads, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Target local and regional businesses using data-driven insights and a test-and-scale approach.
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Own campaign performance, ensuring hit lead and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

You Must Have:

  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong communication and English proficiency.
