Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

In a rapidly changing business landscape, our clients need expert guidance to optimize their human capital management processes. As a Human Capital Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping them achieve their goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
  • Conduct research on alternative solutions, building POCs, and creating requirement specifications from business needs.
  • Define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Support configuring solution requirements on products, understand issues, diagnose root-causes, and seek clarifications.
  • Identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Payroll.
  • Experience in End-to-End SAP HCM Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll Time Schemas and Rules for at least one country in the Americas, Europe, or APAC.
  • Configuration of PA OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS-MSS, Interfaces, and FIORI APPS.
  • Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
