About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HR Service Centre Specialist. This role is the first point of contact for employees, providing accurate and timely support for a wide range of human resources inquiries.
- Provide HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via telephone, email, and voicemail, addressing questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Resolve Issues: Utilize a knowledge base, policy manuals, and other HR resources to promptly and accurately resolve employee issues.
Data Management Responsibilities:
Process and maintain employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This includes handling moderate to complex personnel actions.
- Track and Follow Up: Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Support and assist other team members as needed to ensure the overall success of the HR Service Centre.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources role. At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a service centre or help desk setting.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in using HR databases and systems.
