  • Coach and mentor Scrum Teams on Agile practices, metrics reporting, and team performance analysis.
  • Support team dynamics, mediate conflicts, and foster a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile methodologies is essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile tools and software development environments is preferred.
