Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled e-commerce operations professional to manage the entire lifecycle of our online store, from marketplace operations to production and dispatch. You will be responsible for handling tasks across various domains, including order processing, inventory management, customer service, and administrative operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Management: Manage marketplace operations, including platforms like Amazon, to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and returns cycles.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle all customer service inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage administrative operations, including drafting and sending out agreements, creating and sending purchase orders, and setting up meetings with vendors. Actively find, follow up with, and manage vendors, including tracking invoices and payments.
  • Production Supervision: Supervise production and packaging, conduct quality checks on production samples, and ensure the quality of items for dispatch.
  • Logistics Management: Manage dispatches of items to shipping partners and put labels on products, while managing overall inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage admin operations effectively.
  • Ability to manage the entire order processing, inventory, and returns cycle.
  • Proficiency in vendor management, including negotiation, follow-ups, and payment tracking.
  • Experience in production supervision and conducting quality checks.
  • Familiarity with logistics and dispatch processes.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
