Ecommerce Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our e-commerce strategy and drive growth across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Craft a holistic approach to managing end-to-end inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing ageing stock.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt product offerings for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
  • Lead 360° marketing efforts, allocating budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Establish data-driven decision-making processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize landed costs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, driving cultural alignment and customer obsession.
  • Presentation quarterly business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks, and future opportunities.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to amplify reach and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from a top-tier institution, such as an IIM or ISB.
  • 10-17 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
