Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce executive to oversee the performance and execution of our online commerce operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader to join a fast-growing brand and contribute to shaping its business strategy and revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to accelerate online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage marketplace listings, cataloging, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace account managers and logistics partners, to drive visibility and sales.
  • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze ecommerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as sales, traffic, returns, margins, and customer acquisition costs, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and optimal shipping procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform policies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital retail, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven expertise in marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
