About the Role:

As Cluster Head, you will lead onboarding and training of partners and manage operations for the entire Ludhiana cluster.

You will drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting partner facilities in different cities. You will take ownership of processes allotted to you and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve team goals.

You will continuously identify gaps and provide recommendations for improving our processes.

We are looking for someone who can own and drive key operational metrics end-to-end and achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
  • Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster
  • Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
  • Ensuring compliance with operational processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably in Middle Mile operations
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations
  • Experience working in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan in a similar capacity would be a plus
