Heavy Machinery Sales Professional
- A proactive and results-driven sales professional sought to join a dynamic machinery business.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, nurturing customer relationships and closing sales primarily via phone, email and online communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable heavy machinery solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and product information to prospects.
- Collaborate with the technical and field sales teams to support deal closure.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and customer information.
- Follow up on existing leads, quotes and past clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations for order processing, deliveries and after-sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Prior inside sales or customer-facing experience in industrial or machinery sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers.
