The ideal candidate for this role enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting powerful outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Discovery & Qualification
- Build targeted lists using research tools and other sources
- Research ideal accounts and decision-makers
- Run outbound campaigns via email, phone calls, and messaging apps
- Qualify prospects using framework guidelines
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Initiate conversations and build interest in our product offering
- Effectively position the product in short interactions
- Handover qualified leads to the sales team with detailed context
- Sales Enablement
- Create messaging templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs
- Support the business development team with pre-sales collateral
- Capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting strategies
- Handle Early Inbound Leads
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (website referrals)
- Assess intent quickly and initiate the qualification process
- Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, sales support, or sales
- Enjoy finding and communicating with new people daily
- Write clear and convincing messages
- Thrives in execution-heavy roles with daily targets
- Are interested in industrial / infrastructure ecosystems
- Comfortable using AI tools for outreach enhancement
