Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled occupational therapist to provide top-notch therapy services for children with diverse needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and sensory processing disorders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Offer parent consultations and guidance on home-based intervention plans.
  • Employ a family-focused approach, providing counseling and empowerment to support family involvement in the child's therapy.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, ensuring exceptional client retention and outcomes.
  • Mentor junior therapists through coaching, feedback, and group trainings.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team and management.
  • Participate in workshops, outreach events, and awareness initiatives to support organizational goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Licensed occupational therapist with minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric settings.
  • Proven expertise in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and sensory processing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with parents and team members.
