Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to drive technical innovation and growth.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems that support our product vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust backend architecture that supports our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement scalable, high-performance systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Design and maintain core services for product catalogue, user profiles, and asset management.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms while maintaining security compliance and data protection across all systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and ML teams to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in backend development using modern programming languages such as Kotlin, Python, Go, or Java with open-source frameworks like Ktor, Quarkus, FastAPI, or Gin.
  • Cloud computing experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFront, or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Database management experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems, including service communication, discovery, load balancing, and resilience.
  • API development experience with RESTful, GraphQL, WebSockets, and gRPC-web.
  • Infrastructure and automation experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
