About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects globally. This role requires navigating complex situations with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

A highly detail-oriented and organized individual is required, with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as being open to feedback and thriving in a collaborative environment as an outstanding team player.

Experience in e-learning/ed-tech is crucial, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—to ensure scope and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost control.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review deliverables to ensure organizational quality standards.
  • Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs; foster motivation and high performance within the team.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports for senior management.
  • Share project learnings through knowledge-sharing sessions or training initiatives.
  • Ensure strong understanding of US/UK client expectations and cultural nuances.
  • Manage language translation projects to ensure quality and timely multilingual content delivery.
  • Oversee vendor coordination to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Navigate complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • PMP certification.
  • Candidate with Wrike (Project Management tool) knowledge would be given additional preference.
