Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless operations and effective content delivery. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in administering LMS activities, user account management, training trainers on LMS tools, and maintaining digital learning content.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in content development, including preparation and curation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department, managing and updating the training content repository, and creating engaging e-learning modules through external vendors.

A degree in Human Resources (MBA) and hospitality experience are desirable. Fluency in English language is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

The role requires proficiency in using presentation software (PPT, WORD, EXCEL), video making software (Canva, VYOND, Articulate), and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage vendors and possess interpersonal skills, along with presentation skills, is also necessary.
