Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex models and addressing business problems using your data science skills. You will apply your expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning)
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution
