Job Overview

As a Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our infrastructure.

  • Monitor key server parameters and report performance issues to relevant teams if they exceed thresholds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical errors and provide inputs to L2 team members.
  • Update tickets with initial responses and gather additional details from business/end users or other teams as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful completion of scheduled tasks on the system and rerun them if failures occur.
  • Report technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution and validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer input.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and monitor email, Teams Channel, and Ticketing System for new items/tickets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years.
  • Experience managing application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical background in Java, Scripting is an added advantage.
