Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our network and cloud infrastructure support team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and operational best practices.
  • Excellent critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring systems (Logic Monitor & Solar Winds).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support.
  • Knowledge of business and technology processes.
  • Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.
