As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and management process for clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate tenders received from design teams to ensure they meet safety standards and are within budget provisions
  • Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to assess tender requirements and finalize project concepts
  • Monitor costs and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and process optimization
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve project issues and ensure smooth delivery
  • Assess cost variances and approve change requests as necessary
  • Compile and analyze reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil engineering from a reputable institution
  • Strong understanding of BOQ standardization and tender evaluation processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when required
