Enterprise Financial Planning Specialist

We seek an experienced financial planning professional to implement and support enterprise performance management solutions that drive accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with a proven track record in financial planning processes and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning).
  • Provide comprehensive support for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain business rules and calculation manager.
  • Manage data management and integrations (FDMEE, Data Management, EPM Automate).
  • Utilize Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain metadata and security management.
  • Optimize Essbase cube design and reporting.
  • Analyze and communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in business rules and calculation manager, data management and integrations, smart view, financial reporting studio, metadata and security management, essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
