Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to support our growth and financial health.

  • Closure of Books: Ensure timely and accurate closure of our books of accounts on a monthly and annual basis, providing stakeholders with reliable financial insights.
  • Preparation of MIS: Prepare and review Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, identifying key trends and areas for improvement to inform business decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with key regulations, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other indirect taxes, minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and bring efficiencies in existing financial systems and practices, driving cost savings and productivity gains.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic financial planning, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation and presentation of our financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, meeting stakeholder expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, or completed articleship.
  • Background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, exposure to healthcare or startup environments considered a plus.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and indirect tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Zoho books), along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and senior management.
  • A meticulous approach to managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
