Financial Planning and Analysis Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis team. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong finance expertise, who can drive transformation initiatives in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Owning service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Driving FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partnering with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to lead annual planning.
  • Coordinating close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and preparing content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Developing sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and delivering deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Enhancing critical reporting capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
