Creative Communications Specialist
Description:The ideal candidate for this role is a creative thinker with an editorial mindset and a passion for storytelling. They should be able to plan, produce, and coordinate content across various channels while ensuring cross-channel consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and business events.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on recruitment campaigns, lead generation efforts, and event promotions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, HR, design, and external agencies to gather information and align messaging.
- Content Governance: Review and edit materials for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content writing, editorial management, or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and digital publishing tools.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
