Presentation & Creative Services Designer

As a Presentation & Creative Services Designer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our visual communications across executive decks, marketing collateral, event content, and more. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives will captivate audiences and drive engagement.

About the Role:

  • You will design executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint that align with our brand identity and enhance narrative clarity.
  • You will translate technical and abstract content into simple, visually compelling slides and infographics.
  • You will adapt and create supporting marketing assets, such as one-pagers, fact sheets, event collateral, and social graphics.
  • You will work within brand guidelines and templates, while knowing when and how to stretch them.
  • You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, content, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
  • You will balance quick-turn requests and larger creative projects, delivering high-quality output on tight deadlines.
  • You will maintain visual consistency across materials and contribute to evolving the visual system as needed.
  • You will support design QA and file preparation for final delivery across formats and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in presentation design or visual communications, ideally with time in fast-paced agency or in-house environments supporting executive and high-impact content.
  • Mastery of PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma preferred.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling, layout design, and an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution, structuring abstract ideas into polished, strategic visual narratives.
  • Deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, and layout systems, with an ability to apply them creatively across different content types.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions, comfortable shaping content and direction, not just executing on it.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Bonus: familiarity with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or fintech.
