Job Description:

Role: Internal Marketing & Communications Specialist

Skillset: Creative Design and Communications

1. Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, presentations, brochures, and internal communications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to craft clear, engaging messaging for campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and digital platforms.
3. Work closely with internal teams and leadership to support internal communication initiatives.
4. Manage end-to-end design for both digital and print formats, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
5. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and report outcomes to ensure alignment with communication goals.
6. Demonstrate expertise in design tools such as Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software.
7. Contribute to creative ideation and storytelling strategies that enhance employee engagement and brand perception.
