Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Communication Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually compelling designs for various platforms, including advertising, print, packaging, social media, and editorials.
  • Collaboration with the creative team is essential to develop cohesive and impactful creative concepts.
  • Project execution plans, time maps, milestones, and resource allocation will be developed and implemented by the selected individual.
  • Maintenance of brand guidelines is crucial to ensure all design work aligns with and strengthens the brand's visual identity.
  • Reports and proposals will be prepared and presented to clients, highlighting campaign performance and future opportunities.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and developments is necessary to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing relevant skills and experience.
