Visual Communication Design Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Visual Communication Design Specialist to support our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually compelling design solutions that communicate our brand story across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support the team in designing and refining communication materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, info graphics, posters, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive communication.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and design solutions.
  • Conduct research and trend analysis to support ongoing projects.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or other UI tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of visual communication design work.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design principles.
  • Interest in branding, marketing, or user experience.
