As a Candidate Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Your role will be a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional candidate service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educating candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This internship opportunity is full-time, with a 6-day workweek, Monday-Saturday. You can work from anywhere, and we offer remote setup perks.
