Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk Operations: Provide timely and effective IT support to users via multiple communication channels. Utilize specialized tools to log, track, and resolve technical issues.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of hardware warranties in a centralized system. Generate reports on daily open calls, summary data, customer satisfaction ratings, and other key performance indicators.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Source hardware quotations from approved vendors, coordinate approvals, and process purchase orders efficiently. Track invoice submissions and follow up for timely payments.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of engineers across all locations, submit daily reports, and provide feedback for improvement. Evaluate service levels provided by vendors and share suggestions for enhancement.
