Job Title: Technical Lead
As a technical lead, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex online and batch mainframe applications using COBOL as programming language, CICS as TPM, DB2 as RDBMS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex online and batch mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
  • Work with business system analysts to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments.
  • Tune application performance to eliminate and reduce issues.
  • Research and evaluate technical solutions consistent with technology standards.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
