Job Summary

Premier Energies is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for leading procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Bill of Material from Design Department and procuring quotations from all vendors.
  • Preparing cash flow plans and monitoring project costs.
  • Issuing purchase orders to vendors with appropriate payment terms and delivery conditions.
  • Coordinating with the accounts team for advance payments and running payments to vendors.
  • Ensuring timeliness of material delivery by regular follow up with vendors.
  • Maintaining a database of vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • A Graduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in procurement.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Analytics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Awareness of products, functions, application parts, and manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and raw materials.
