We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement expert to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement management for consumables, indirect materials, store, production, safety, quality, HR, admin, and capital purchases.
  • Excellent communication knowledge with negotiation skills for supplier manufacturer pricing and terms and conditions.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
  • Coordination with Store and Quality control department to rectify any supplier manufacturer supplied materials quality supply issues.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all orders from the time of order is placed until it is received.
  • Daily follow-up with Vendors for on-time delivery material.
  • Evaluating existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for bidding requests.
  • Preparing rate contracts between suppliers that fix the price of goods or services for a specific period.
  • Preparing monthly transit insurance for all inward materials, marine insurance, and submission to the insurance company.
  • Vehicle placement and follow-up for inward raw materials.
  • Follow-up with inward transporters for LR copy and invoice making freight order and processed further accounting process.
  • Processing weekly payment requests for transporters and other suppliers if required and coordinate with account departments for timely payments.
