Job Title: Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced procurement expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set in buying, including the creation of purchase requisitions and management of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have end-to-end experience in procure-to-pay cycle, along with expertise in RFx process and driving transformation/automation projects for procurement.
  • They must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and clients.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing material requirements and specifications, preparing and analyzing bid responses, and maintaining master data and updates.
  • The role also involves identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans, establishing and monitoring issue management, change management, and quality management processes.
  • A strong understanding of supply chain planning and ERP systems, such as JDE/SAP and Ariba, is highly desirable.
