Logistics Operations Coordinator

This is a role that involves supporting our Supply Chain Management team to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Data Entry Specialist: Perform accurate and timely data entry in SAP across SD, MM, and PP modules to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Logistics Analyst: Identify and fill data gaps in logistics records, reports, and transactions to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Documentation Support: Assist the logistics and SCM team with documentation and follow-ups to meet reporting requirements.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain updated and error-free records of material movements, stock positions, and order processing to support informed decision-making.
  • Excel Skills: Use Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.) for tracking, updating, and analyzing logistics data to drive business insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data completeness and consistency across departments.
  • MIS Reporting: Assist in preparing daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time information.
  • Quality Assurance: Flag anomalies or inconsistencies in SAP entries and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant teams to maintain data integrity.
