Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven and organized professional to support our Supply Chain Management operations. This role primarily involves accurate data management, documentation, and addressing operational gaps within logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform accurate and timely data entry in SAP across SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Identify and fill data gaps in logistics records, reports, and transactions.
- Support the logistics and SCM team with documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain updated and error-free records of material movements, stock positions, and order processing.
- Use Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.) for tracking, updating, and analyzing logistics data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data completeness and consistency.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Flag anomalies or inconsistencies in SAP entries and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for candidates from logistics, supply chain, or commerce backgrounds.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a logistics, supply chain, or data management role.
- Technical Skills:
- Practical working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA – SD, MM, PP modules.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability.
