Operations Management Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing operational performance and ensuring seamless execution of various business functions.

  • Efficiently process orders through the admin portal, managing pickups and deliveries while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely dispatch, monitor shipments, and resolve any delays promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Research and negotiate with vendors to establish productive relationships that align with company protocols.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries, manage cash-on-delivery remittances, weight disputes, and billing issues while following courier guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, maintaining high response rates and ensuring timely communication as per service level agreements.
  • Train and monitor interns and executives to enhance team productivity and report any errors or losses promptly.
  • Communicate with upper management to establish strategic operational goals and develop long-range plans to achieve them.
  • Oversee operational performance, ensuring optimal facility conditions and occupant satisfaction.
