Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a skilled Workforce Development Specialist to play a key role in building and managing our workforce. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients, screening candidates, and providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Interact with prospective clients to provide various IT and non-IT manpower resources through a Train & Hire model or staffing norms.
  • Candidate Screening: Share relevant profiles with clients, collect feedback, and support stakeholders in finding the best placement opportunities for candidates.
  • Training and Development: Conduct interview training sessions, orientation programs, resume building, mock interviews, and MIS reports to enhance candidate skills.

Notable Achievements:

  • Placed candidates in over 100 corporates, including IT and non-IT companies, mid-level, start-ups, DQ companies, and MNCs.
  • Conducted successful on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meet, and industry expo events.

Organizational Expectations:

  • Implement organizational policies: monitor and enforce policies while handling grievances with a positive and unbiased approach.
  • Feedback collection: gather feedback, reviews, and referrals from students to improve services.
