Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a strategic HR partner, you will drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management across our growing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key business partner for corporate and retail functions.
  • Drive employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
  • Manage payroll for employees and third-party contractual staff.

Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Validate salary inputs: attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure zero discrepancies in payroll reconciliation.

Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
  • Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure documentation and filings are up to date.
  • Conduct internal HR audits and documentation reviews.
  • Maintain HR records in line with compliance requirements.

HR Operations & MIS:

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.
  • Handle documentation for all employee categories.
  • Support HR automation initiatives and process enhancements.

Requirements:

An MBA in HR/PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience and strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills is required. Proficiency in Google Workspace/G Suite and ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment is essential.
