Job Title: Digital Solutions Architect

 

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Dynamics 365 online. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' needs.

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Design and develop new solutions and enhance existing ones using Dynamics 365 online, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins, to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, ensuring seamless D365 automation and orchestration, and aligning technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting delivered to stakeholders.
  • Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, provide technical mentorship, and share expertise with team members.
