Workforce Manager Position

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Workforce Manager, where you will play a critical role in workforce planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and clients to develop effective workforce strategies that meet their needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Translate business forecasts and plans into actionable workforce initiatives.
  • Workforce Planning & Forecasting: Create and maintain long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans. Analyze call volumes, workloads, and staffing requirements to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to align hiring and onboarding plans with forecast demand.
  • Scheduling & Optimization: Design efficient schedules that balance service delivery, employee preferences, and cost. Ensure seamless utilization of the workforce across different lines of business.
  • Implement best practices to manage shrinkage, adherence, and occupancy.
  • Real-Time Management: Oversee intraday management, real-time monitoring, and SLA adherence. Drive corrective actions to maintain service levels, including overtime, cross-skilling, and load balancing.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with Operations during spikes and downtime.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Generate and present performance dashboards, staffing reports, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights into workforce trends, attrition, absenteeism, and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts and real-time specialists. Develop capability within the WFM team to handle complex modeling and analytics. Foster a culture of accuracy, timeliness, and business impact.

About You:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing capability and driving business results.
